Education
Holds degrees in both Dutch law and business economics from the Rotterdam Erasmus University. Fellow Member of the Dutch Organisation of Tax Lawyers (NOB).

Work experience
Started in 1988 with the then largest Dutch tax firm. Joined a small niche tax practice with secondments to both London and New York before joining the Rotterdam based niche tax firm Otterspeer, Haasnoot & Partners in 1995.

At present partner with Otterspeer, Haasnoot & Partners and is specialising in (re)structuring of (international) groups, (de-)mergers, acquisitions, holding -, finance -and royalty structures and the Dutch ruling practice.
