Education
Jeroen holds a Masters degree in Dutch tax law, specialisation international tax law, from the Erasmus University Rotterdam (2000), as well as an LL.M. degree in US tax law, from New York University (2002).
Work experience
Prior to joining OHP, Jeroen worked as an international tax advisor with Loyens & Loeff (2000-2004), and PricewaterhouseCoopers (2004-2008). Jeroen specialises in the Dutch and international tax aspects of cross-border corporate transactions, M&A, private equity and venture capital, finance transactions, transfer pricing, and international tax planning. He is also a part time teacher in international tax law and European tax law, at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Jeroen is a member the Dutch Order of Tax Advisors (NOB) and a member of the International Fiscal Association (‘IFA’).
