Education
Elly graduated in Economics of Taxation from the University of Groningen in 2002.

Work experience
Elly worked for NautaDutilh from February 2003 until April 2006. She joined Otterspeer, Haasnoot & Partners in May 2006.

Elly specialises in the tax aspects of holding-, finance- and royalty structures, the preparation of transfer pricing reports and the Dutch ruling practice.

She is a member of the Kazakhstan and Indonesia Desk within Otterspeer, Haasnoot & Partners.
