In our office, you won’t spend your first years in the background. From the start, you’ll be involved in the full advisory process, from analysis to strategy to client communication. Because our teams are small, you’ll quickly take responsibility for your work, develop your own judgment, and build direct relationships with clients.
OHP is looking for a motivated International Tax Advisor to join our team. Inthis role you will work on complex international tax projects, includingcross-border structuring, transfer pricing and M&A. You will collaborateclosely with senior advisors and international partners, and contribute tohigh-level tax advice for multinationals, investors and private clients.
We expect you to follow the NOB professional training program for taxadvisors, which will be fully financed by OHP. From day one, you willjoin us on a permanent contract.
1. Contract: Permanent, fulltime
2. Salary: €3,300 – €5,500 per month(excl. 8% holiday allowance)
3. Bonus: 1 month salary (8% ofannual salary) at 1,200 billable hours, plus ½ month salary (4% ofannual salary) for every additional 100 billable hours.
As Working Student, you will support our tax advisors with research,documentation and basic calculations. You will gain hands-on experience in aninternational tax boutique and get a real taste of practice alongside yourstudies.
Duration: 6 months, 2 days per week
